Coach Brian Ilheu’s “Dr. Booty System” has established itself on the IFBB/NPC International Circuit and has expanded its methodology to over 600 students. The last four years have marked an era of transformation and unprecedented success for the Toro Trainer Coach team, led by the visionary coach known for his “Dr. Booty System” methodology.
Between 2021 and 2024, Coach Brian transitioned from working exclusively with amateur athletes to becoming the trainer of international champions and professional athletes, demonstrating sustained progress in the competitive and physical results of his students.
The system’s effectiveness is measurable on elite podiums: Elite Champions: The team achieved key victories, including earning a PRO Card in 2023 and another professional pass with male athlete José Luis Sain in the Classic Physique category at the NPC National in Pittsburgh. Outstanding International Victory: In 2024, athlete Davina Salaberry was crowned Overall Wellness at the prestigious Mr. Olympia Europe (Spain), an achievement that positions the “Dr. Booty System” among the best on the continent.
Success KPIs: internal metrics confirm the strength of the program, reporting an annual adherence and continuity rate of over 85%, a key indicator of the methodology’s effectiveness and sustainability.
The Science Behind the Transformation
Success is based on a scientifically refined methodology that Brian applies individually, combining hybrid periodization (alternating strength and metabolic stimuli) with a selection of exercises that prioritizes female biomechanics.

The coach perfected his peak week protocols with differentiated adjustments for each category. In the Wellness category, for example, his method prioritizes muscle fullness in the glutes and legs with strategic hydration control, while in Figure he applies a more aggressive fill-up to highlight muscle density and separation.
His commitment to education extends to large-scale seminars, including two major events in Buenos Aires with over 250 and 300 attendees, respectively. These events were held in conjunction with leading figures such as Carol Vaz, Ricardo Pannain, and IFBB Pro Francielle Mattos. The impact of Toro Trainer Coach has transcended borders, reaching an online community of over 600 students in key countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, the United States, and Spain. With a renewal rate exceeding 70%, the system is preparing for its next major phase.
In 2025, the goal is ambitious: to scale the system to an exclusive membership platform that integrates intelligent tracking tools and new advanced training programs, as well as holding its first seminar in Miami, solidifying its international expansion.
