As the year comes to a close and many people brace themselves for the emotional weight of the holidays, international speaker and mental health advocate Rahul K. Maharaj, known as MrTraumaTalks, is hosting a powerful virtual Mental Health Holiday Conference on Tuesday, December 30th 2025.
The event is free for all because, as Rahul states, good health care is a human right and mental health is part of that right. He believes that support for mental health should never be limited by cost. His mission is to create a space where lived experience becomes a lifeline and where every person is reminded that they are not alone.
Rahul explains that the end of the year can be overwhelming for many people, especially those living with personality disorders or navigating trauma. This is why he has brought together a remarkable group of speakers who have turned their pain into purpose. Each one has lived through their own storms and chosen to rise. Their stories are not scripted—they are real, raw, and deeply human.
